[Case Study] Sausage Packing Robot

Stable boxing with a special hand that minimizes handling errors as much as possible.

We pack sausages bundled in 3, 4, and 5 bundles at a rate of 40 to 60 bundles per minute. Even for cases where the packing method differs by variety, we can handle it with simple operations. In this case, the quantity and arrangement differ for all three varieties, and we are accommodating this with one robot through some manual exchanges (which can be easily swapped).
